The photo showed Presley and Keough dining with close friends at a restaurant.
“I feel blessed with a picture of the last time I saw my beautiful mama. The grateful @georgieflores accepted,” Keough wrote on Wednesday.
Celebrities who responded with heart emojis included actors Chloe Grace Mortez, Lucy Boynton, and her co-star Daisy Jones & The Six Sam Claflin.
Keough has posted once since her mom’s sudden death, but she just captioned the throwback photo with a heart emoji.
Presley, the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, died on January 12 at the age of 54 after suffering cardiac arrest.
Ex-husband Michael Lockwood told People the singer’s death was an “unexpected tragedy” and “incomprehensible.”
A public memorial was held on Sunday, where Keough’s husband Ben Smith-Petersen read a letter on behalf of his wife.
In the letter, the couple mentioned that they welcomed a daughter, making Presley a grandmother.
“I hope I can love my daughter as you loved me, as you loved my brother and my sisters,” Smith-Petersen said on Keough’s behalf.
Thank you for giving me strength, my heart, my empathy, my courage, my sense of humor, my manners, my temper, my wildness, my tenacity.
“I am a product of your heart, my sisters are a product of your heart, my brother is a product of your heart.”
A representative confirmed the birth of the couple’s daughter in 2022 to People.
Keough, 33, and Australian stuntman Smith-Petersen married in 2015 after meeting on the set of Mad Max: Fury Road.
The service was held at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee.
Among those in attendance were the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, “Elvis” biopic actor Austin Butler and the film’s director Baz Luhrmann.
Also included in the memorial was Priscilla, who tearfully read a letter written by Lisa Marie’s twin daughters Harper and Finley, 14.
“I’m going to read something my granddaughter wrote for all of you, and this says it all,” the 77-year-old began.

“But Mom was my icon, my role model, my superhero in much more ways than one.
“Even now I can’t get over her everything there is to understand or know about her, but as she always said, ‘I’ll do my best.'”
She then read the poem “Old Soul” before ending her speech by sharing, “Our hearts are broken, Lisa, we all love you”.
Keough and her brother Benjamin, who committed suicide in 2020, were the children of Lisa Marie Presley with her first husband, musician Danny Keough.
After her more famous marriages to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage, Presley married Michael Lockwood and had twins in 2008.
